TERMS AND CONDITIONS for Wholesale Customers

 AVAILABILITY:
A current availability list will be faxed on request and is updated weekly.  We accept pre-orders and fulfill orders on a first come, first serve basis.  Some grasses are available in limited quantities.  We currently have over 450 (and still growing) varieties of grasses & perennials grown in 3.5”, 1, 2 and 5 gallon containers.

 PRICING:
Please check our current availability list for prices.  The prices listed in this catalog are current, however, prices may change at any time. Please inquire regarding specialty growing.  There may be a deposit required, depending on the amount and type of plants needed.

 TERMS:
All terms are cash unless credit has been established.
Credit terms are net 30  after the date of delivery.

 SHIPPING:
The minimum order for delivery is 10 flats.  Orders for less than this amount may require a delivery fee.  Island and peninsula deliveries will be charged a full ferry fee.
